Nomination Criteria
Nomination must be made by March 1st of each year
Submit record of nominee's achievements including GPA
Include a resume
Provide one page narrative describing relevant accomplishments
Include two letters of reference supporting the nominee
Eligibility
Anyone may nominate a qualified student for an award by SEED
Nominee may not receive more than one award for the same achievement
SEED allows joint recipient awards
Nominees must have a record of achievement demonstrating they can serve as role models

Completed nomination form
Two-page supporting narrative
5-year activity verification
Submission by November 30th
Eligibility
Anyone can nominate an individual for an award by SEED
Nominees are NOT required to be SEED members
An individual may not receive more than one award for the same achievement
SEED allows joint recipient awards
A candidate may be nominated posthumously
